Living your brand launches SABC 3’s new A-List TV show at Sandton Sun
Entertainment TV Show Launch Event gets audiences talking before pilot goes live on SABC 3!
Your Brand, Marketing, Productions and Events Company, has launched the Carol Bouwer Productions entertainment television show – The A-List, which premiered on SABC 3 at 8.30pm on Thursday, June 3, 2010.
The outrageously glamorous event took place at the prestigious Sandton Sun, boasting an A-List guest list which has created an unrestrained buzz amongst media voices. The event was held in the newly refurbished VIN restaurant on the sixth level of the exceptional Sandton Sun Hotel.
The A-Listers were the first privileged select few to attend an event at this venue, with an outside deck furnished with comfortable trimmings set around a vibrant fire as the focal point of social networking.
The finest collection of entrepreneurs, socialites and leading businessmen and women, gathered to celebrate another remarkable South African success, and were graciously welcomed by two Moet hostesses. Le Prairie cosmetics, Moet and Chandon and the Southern Sun group ensured that guests were treated like royalty, with delectable canapé’s and champagne on tap.
Chef, James Khoza‘s adventurous creative flair was obvious – even to the most travelled guests as taste buds were overindulged. Camera lights flashed until the last guest left with a uniquely branded A-List cupcake together with a Quintessentially Reserve book, and beautifully packaging La Prairie products.
Carol Bouwer, Grant Paul Roy and Jacobus le Roux have combined their cultural, social and creative visions to fill a niche viewing opportunity on SABC television. The TV shows agenda presents a luxurious and decadent perspective of elite South African living, while capturing the movements of the international WAGs (Wives and Girlfriends) of the Soccer stars and celebrities while visiting South Africa during the Soccer World Cup.
In essence the A-List provides viewers with a first-hand celebrity description of where to spend it and how to spend it, as the rich and famous enjoy the currency conversion and the wealth of superior leisure activities in, and around Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg. Celebrity interviews, cosmetic solutions and classic couture of just some of the hottest topics to be explored on the A-List.
